4 Ayurvedic steps to increase height
Follow these 4 steps regularly to get the results you are looking for
- 30 minutes before breakfast have a piece of bamboo Murabba
- Two hours after breakfast, have a glass of warm camel milk with 1 tsp of Ashwagandha Shatavari mishri powder.
- Have the same tonic 30mins before going to sleep at night.
- Practise stimulating the pituitary gland by concentrating on it for 5 minutes.
How to follow this four steps to increase height?
You need to follow these steps very carefully. All of the steps are mentioned by me in details.
Step 1 – Bamboo Murabba
Have you seen a bamboo tree grow?
Its intrinsic property is to grow fast and tall. That is exactly how bamboo works in your system. Ayurveda looks upon bamboo as the most potent medicine to increase height fast. There are various health benefits of bamboo tree . The health benefits include
- increases height fast
- improves body strength
- make digestion stronger
- for general weakness
Bamboo Murabba is prepared by boiling the bamboo shoots and then soaking them in sugar syrup. But you don’t need to look for a bamboo tree near your house, you can easily find it online.
Step 2 – The ayurvedic tonic for height
To make this tonic you need 400gm of Ashwagandha root powder, 100gm of Shatavari powder and 500gms of thread mishri. Mix all of it and keep it in an airtight glass container.
Both Ashwagandha and Shatavari plays a major role in the development of Saptadhatu which is most important for bones growth. Modern studies prove that these two herbs increase the HGH (Human Growth Hormone), which helps in increasing your height.
Mix 1 tablespoon of this mixture in 1 glass of warm camel milk. I know it is not possible to find camel milk nearby especially in India, but as I have mentioned in my previous post about one of the best camel milk powder in India and how to buy it. Have this tonic sip by sip. After drinking this do not eat anything for the next 2 hours.
But why camel milk?
Neither cow milk nor buffalo milk will serve the cause. Buffalo milk promotes lethargy and is best recommended for weight gain. Ayurveda suggests that camel milk is the best milk to boost height. This is the intrinsic property of the camel itself.
Step 3 – Repeat the tonic
After doing dinner, have another cup of warm camel milk mixed with the tonic previously mentioned. It should be consumed twice a day for its optimum benefit. Camel milk is not as tasty as cow milk but you will be used to it with time.
Step 4 – Stimulation of pituitary gland
Then finally when you are just about to sleep there is one last step that you should do which involves the stimulation of the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland is the gland that is found in the brain which secretes the HGH which is directly responsible for increasing height.
Sit with your spine erect and close your eyes. Just try to concentrate in between your eyebrows, this is the place where the pituitary gland is located, also known as the third eye in yogic law. Keep all your concentration at this point, do not overstress. Try doing this for 5 minutes every night.
