Artificial flavors like INS 635 is also present in MTR oats as a replacement for MSG. Flavor INS-635 is safe if taken in permissible amounts.
Saffola masala oats contain artificial flavors INS 627 and INS 631 which are safe as declared by the WHO. Saffola masala oats also contain antioxidant 320 which again do not have any proven side effects.
