People who have regular consumption of steroids or strong antibiotics for curing diseases can face the issue of a bloated face.

Chewing gum improves jawline – The biggest myth
People still believe that chewing a lot of gum every day improves your jawline and makes it sharp. This is absolutely wrong and a myth. You need to understand one thing that there is a joint named Temporomandibular which connects your jaw and skull just like any other joints. If you are chewing too much chewing gum this joint becomes weak. So avoid excessive chewing gum as it has no effects on your jawline.
How to get a perfect jawline within 7-8days
These are the simple ways that you should follow every day to get a sharp jawline. Within 7-8 days you will find noticeable changes in your jawline if you follow these steps regularly.
1. Sleep well
You have to have a sound sleep for about 7-8 hours every day. Everyone claims to sleep for about 7 hours but the only difference is that you need deep sleep for that many hours. Due to sound sleep, the stress hormone remains at rest, as a result, no blotting will be seen on your face.
2. Intake of fluids
This is a very important point. Fluids help you remove the bloating in your face that you find while you wake up in the morning.
- After waking up immediately have 1 liter of water in empty stomach.
- Consume 3-4 liters of water throughout the day.
- Consume Green tea and half lime daily at least once.

3. Diet
Proper diet is essential for weight loss, weight gain, bodybuilding, and most importantly to live a healthy life. Same way if you need a great jawline you should maintain a diet.
